P90X or the Power 90 Extreme is one of the best workout routines that one can use to get that perfectly toned body. Workout routines of P90X mainly focuses on muscle confusion, which is a method that includes periodization and cross-training that can be achieved by changing the exercise order and using varied and new movements.
